The Codetalkers

The Codetalkers certainly are a jam music group formed by singer, guitarist, and banjo player Bobby Lee Rodgers and Col. Bruce Hampton. Rodgers spent five years in the 1990s as an trainer on the Berklee College of Music in Boston before shifting to Atlanta, GA, in 1999. At a Halloween party, he fulfilled veteran musician Hampton (Hampton Grease Music group, the Aquarium Recovery Unit), plus they started playing jointly as the Codetalkers immediately after. Bootleg Live! made an appearance in 2000, implemented in 2001 with a self-titled studio room documenting (reissued in 2004 as Deluxe Release). After different personnel adjustments, the lineup solidified in 2004 using the rhythm portion of bassist Ted Pecchio and drummer Tyler Greenwell. This construction recorded Right now, released on June 13, 2006.
