This was in most cases Charlie Musselwhite’s band circa 1969, but due to his Vanguard contract he cannot sing or be pictured in the sextet’s only LP — although his harp playing is credited. Boasting possibly the ideal Chicago tempo section ever (drummer Fred Below and bass monster Jack port Myers), the group showcased metal guitarist Freddie Roulette, pianist Neglect Rose, and Aces guitarist Louis Myers.
