The Caribbean

Washington, D.C.’s the Caribbean created from the ashes of two of the city’s most prominent indie rock and roll rings, the Townies and Wise Went Crazy. Their self-released debut EP attained the finish of 1999, as well as the group authorized to Winnipeg’s Endearing Information for its 1st full-length record, Verse by Verse, that was released in springtime 2001. Originally a trio comprising vocalist/guitarist Michael Kentoff, bassist Matthew Byars, and drummer/brass participant Tony Dennison, the Caribbean added drummer Don Campbell and guitarist David Jones in 2004. With the brand new extended lineup, the Caribbean released William of Orange in 2004, Plastic material Explosives in 2005, and Populations in 2007. In 2011, the Caribbean came back with Discontinued Perfume, and a 7″ discharge entitled The 65 Cent Supper. To check out up, the music group worked with manufacturer Chad Clark on 2014’s Moon Sickness.
