The Bourbon Tabernacle Choir

In 1985, eight Toronto high-school college students formed what later on became the Bourbon Tabernacle Choir, gradually gaining regional popularity. The music group, comprising vocalist Kate Fenner, guitarists Chris Miller and Andrew Whiteman, saxophonist Gene Hardy, bassist Jason Mercer, keyboardist Chris Plock, organist Chris Dark brown and drummer Gregor Beresford, released three cassettes from 1987 to 1990: First Flavor of Bourbon, If Hell Got a House Music group and Sister Anthony. The group released their 1st album, First-class Cracklin Hen, for Yonder Information in 1992.
