Biography

The Blues Busters were several local Memphis music artists who banded collectively and toured and recorded for a brief period of amount of time in the 1980s. The primary group was made up of guitarists Lee Roy Martin and Earl “The Pearl” Banking institutions, bassist James Cost, “Chicken breast ” George Walker on drums and Thomas “Blue” Cornes on keyboards. The group just stayed together for approximately a year in support of recorded 13 edges that have been originally released on a higher water recording by maker David Nelson in 1986 having a 1999 Compact disc reissue that also presented three paths of a youthful lineup which presented “Funky’ John Cole on bass and William “Boogie Man” Hubbard on keyboards.
