The Blue Boys

The Blue Guys were Jim Reeves’ road band with different times had various personnel. Originally, Reeves known as his music group the Wagon Experts, but in order to avoid dilemma in Nashville with Porter Wagoner, he renamed it in 1958, after his strike ‘Blue Boy’. The music group in the beginning comprised Billy Harlan (bass), Royce Morgan (acoustic guitar), Jimmy Day time (steel acoustic guitar) and Pee Wee Kershaw (drums).
