Biography
This oldies quartet formed in 1987 while attending Fullerton College in California. Influenced by 1950s doo-wop noises, The Alley Pet cats — Royce Reynolds (bass), Todd Dixon (baritone), Andre Peck (tenor), and Armando “Mando” Fonseco (baritone) — got their first performing work at Disneyland within Disney’s “Blast to days gone by” display in 1988 and 1989. John O’Campo and Terron Brooks became a member of the group in 1997 following the departure of founding users Peck and Dixon. The group continued to do tv and radio looks, including a promotional gig with Sunkist Heaven Fruit Juice along with a performance within the Arsenio Hall Display. The Alley Pet cats have also opened up for fellow nostalgic functions such as for example Chubby Checker, The Tokens, Sha Na Na, and Expenses Medley and released two information. The Cat’s Meow premiered in 1995, and Cruisin’ adopted in 1998.
