The Age of Electric

The choice rock group Age of Electric, categorised as AOE by fans, was formed in Lanigan, Saskatchewan, in 1989. Two pairs of brothers constitute the music group, guitarist Ryan Dahle and drummer Kurt Dahle, and guitarist Todd Kerns and bassist John Kerns. Each member provided vocals for the group, basically John Kerns. Age group of Electric powered agreed upon with Mercury Information after releasing several independent recordings. Through the ’90s the music group earned several awards, like Greatest West Cost Separate Artist, and had been nominated for others, like Greatest New Group with the Juno Honours. When Age group of Electric powered formed by the end from the ’80s, they began utilizing a shorter edition from the name, Electric powered. The band of guys, bit more than teenagers, played their alternate pop/rock figures at local night clubs initially. By 1991, the music group had turned to Age group of Electric powered, had were able to gain the origins of a faithful group of fans and had documented a cassette of a few of its tunes that the users sold exactly where they performed. In 1991, the recording THE MOST RECENT Plague was finished and released on God’s Tooth Ethel!, the band’s personal label. On the following year or two nothing much occurred for Age group of Electric powered. Finally in 1994, the group come up with an EP known as Ugly. It had been followed a 12 months later on by another full-length recording, Untitled. That same season, the music group was highlighted at Vancouver’s Music Western world. It was simply the publicity it needed. Because of that performance, Age group of Electric powered landed an internationally contract using the main label Mercury Information. The record Untitled was renamed following the group and quickly re-released by Mercury. Factors appeared to be continuing to move forward, but the following album, Create a Infestations a Family pet, didn’t show up until 2 yrs afterwards. The group also produced three movies that season for the singles “I Don’t Brain,” “HANDY REMOTE CONTROL,” and “Don’t Wreck It.” In 1997, Ryan and Kurt, though still section of Age group of Electric powered, started another music group known as Limblifter. Todd and John implemented exactly the same route, forming OO Organic. It made an appearance that Age group of Electric powered was pressed to the trunk from the concern list by both pieces of brothers and rumours began to journey about the life span expectancy of the initial four-piece group. One member would state it had been over, another would state is wasn’t, after that another person would say it had been. In 1998, Age group of Electric powered was nominated for the Juno Award as Greatest New Group. A season later there is another brief tour, but no fresh singles or albums arrived.
