The A/B CD

Phoning themselves AB/CD, a pun within the Australian group AC/DC, this Swedish rock and roll group was created by students Braijan (vocals), Bengus (guitar), Nalcolm (guitar), Clim (bass) and Raijmon Remaining (drums). They put together in 1986 for any one-off overall performance at an end-of-term university party. The resemblance to AC/DC proceeded to go beyond a similarity in name, increasing to a propensity for weighty, goodtime rock and roll. An astute record maker brought them in to the studio room to record an recording that premiered within the Doremi label. Even though arranged was well received as well as the group was evidently talented, worries of court actions from the Australian group frightened off prospective abroad offers. Reluctant to execute under some other name and therefore damage the joke, the group disbanded within a 12 months.
