Terumasa Hino


An excellent trumpeter influenced by Freddie Hubbard and Mls Davis, Terumasa Hino is definitely among Japan’s most effective jazz musicians. A specialist since 1955, Hino provides mostly become recognized to Americans because the 1970s because of his Enja recordings, even though some of his albums had been offered domestically by Catalyst, Internal Town, and Blue Take note. He transferred to the U.S. in 1975, where he caused Gil Evans, Jackie McLean, Dave Liebman, and Elvin Jones.
