Terry Draper


Terry Draper rose to achievement in virtual anonymity seeing that a member from the 1970s trio Klaatu, which caused a mix through the entire music business when their mysterious 1976 self-titled debut sparked massive press conjecture that this group was, actually, a reconstituted Beatles. The recording became a significant hit, however when Klaatu was finally exposed to be always a Canadian music group with no actual link with the Fab Four their achievement waned, plus they disbanded in 1981. Draper, the group’s drummer, consequently entered the roofer business, but came back to music in 1997 using the launch of his single debut Light Years Later on, which featured visitor looks by his previous Klaatu mates Dee Long and John Woloschuk.
