Terrace Martin

A multi-instrumentalist, rapper, singer, and maker from LA, California, Terrace Martin spent almost ten years behind the moments before dropping his debut album in 2013. The 1st record the youthful Martin bought was EPMD’s one “You Gots to Chill,” even though his appreciate of hip-hop grew afterward, he also begun to enjoy Michael Jackson and uncovered jazz because of Jackson’s regular manufacturer, Quincy Jones. He found the saxophone, arrived a gig playing sax with P. Agreed upon to the Ropeadope label, he released Velvet Portraits in 2016. A lot of the record consisted of calm R&B grooves.
