Ted Kooshian

Pianist Ted Kooshian is really a versatile journeyman who all spent some time working with a massive array of performers from across many styles. By himself, Kooshian leans toward straight-ahead jazz . A indigenous of San Jose, CA, he started playing piano in quality college and by junior high he was learning jazz. He examined music at San Jose Condition College from 1979, and finally found are a pianist on cruise lines before shifting to NEW YORK in 1987. In the future, Kooshian was an in-demand freelance musician for Broadway pit orchestras in addition to careers with such well-known performers as Chuck Berry, Sarah Brightman, and Bloodstream, Perspiration & Tears, to mention several. He released his self-produced debut single recording, Clockwork, in 2004. His sophomore work, Ted Kooshian’s Regular Orbit Quartet, adopted in 2008. He in addition has appeared on a great many other recordings like a sideman and it is a regular person in the Ed Palermo Big Music group.
