Team B

Created in 2008 by singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Kelly Pratt (Arcade Open fire, Beirut), Brooklyn, NY-based indie pop outfit Group B attract their inspiration from a diverse musical palette which includes lounge, power pop, comedy, and experimental rock and roll. While primarily a car for Pratt’s myriad skills, the group is definitely bolstered by an all-star solid of indie rockers including drummer Pat Mahoney (LCD Soundsystem), bass participant Richard Reed Parry (Arcade Open fire), and Jon Natchez and Perrin Cloutier (Beirut). Group B’s eponymous debut, which drew beneficial evaluations to everyone from Ween to Weezer, showed up independently in-may 2009.
