Tanja Becker-Bender

Tanja Becker-Bender is a German violinist and music educator. A indigenous of Stuttgart, she received her early lessons there, and continuing her research in Salzburg, Freiburg, and London, learning with Wilhelm Melcher, Helmut Zehetmair, Wolfgang Marschner, and David Takeno. She gained her Grasp of Music in the Juilliard College, where she analyzed with Robert Mann. A concert designer since the age group of 11, Becker-Bender offers appeared using the Stuttgart Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Berlin Konzerthaus Orchestra, the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, the Houston Symphony, l’Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, the Yomiuri Nippon Symphony, as well as the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, aswell much like many chamber orchestras and smaller sized ensembles. A regular guest of celebrations in america, European countries, and Israel, she’s performed with Gidon Kremer, Yuri Bashmet, Boris Pergamenschikow, Arnold Steinhardt, & most notably in recitals with Péter Nagy. She’s exhibited a deep desire for new music, dealing with such composers as Cristóbal Halffter, Peter Ruzicka, and Peteris Vasks. A global designer, Becker-Bender resides in Berlin and Hamburg, though her educational career has used her to positions in Saarbrücken, Vienna, and Hamburg. She was elected an associate of the Free of charge Academy from the Arts in Hamburg in 2011.
