Japanese experimetal composer and instrumentalist Takeda (given birth to Keiko Takeda) attended piano and composition classes at Boston’s Berklee College of Music prior to making her debut in 1992 using the release of Spirits. Playing an crossbreed style composed of laid-back/mellow, calming and sophisticated music Takeda came back in 1995 using the Brazilian jazz-inflected Poemas mainly inspired from the famous Antonio Carlos Jobim.
