Biography
Pop/crossover musician Taja Sevelle gained a little bit of interest with her first one, “Like Is Contagious,” in 1987. The record of the same name was made by the Musician Formerly Referred to as Prince on his Paisley Recreation area label. Sevelle, with her light, high-pitched vocals shown her capability to sing R&B-influenced paths equally well as rock-oriented types. In 1991, she released Fountains Free of charge (Reprise), which included tracks by such observed songwriters as Carol Bayer Sager and Burt Bacharach. In nov 1997 she released her third record, Playthings of Vanity (Sony 550 Music).
