Similar to rings like Lullatone, the Marshmallow Kisses, and Tenniscoats, the Tokyo-based outift CUSTOMIZED for a little Room make the type of spun sugar-sweet, winsome, “toytronica” (their term) music that appear to be they were designed to easily fit into a dollhouse. 4 Bonjour’s Celebrations’ frontman Ayumu and Shed in Found’s vocalist Miwa teamed up to create CUSTOMIZED for a little Space in 2007. Among the duo’s tunes, “Pleasant Hill,” was positioned on several compilation discs over another 2 yrs (TADA Sampler, Vol. 4 and Eardrums Blog’s Birdsongs/Beesongs Quantity B).
