Biography
After creating hit singles for Deceased Prez, Tahir abruptly appeared for the rap scene as an up-and-coming producer. Area of the People’s Military, Tahir began planning a solo recording after performing some production work with Black Thought’s single recording. Before releasing the recording, though, Tahir released the vacation Pay out/Plow Plow 12″.
