The contemporary gospel project Voices of 1 was formed by way of a different cast of artists, including Alice Echols, Sunnie Paxson, Rod Wilson, Michael Sembello, and executive producer Fred Frank. Their debut record, OPERATE America, premiered in 2002 on Water Records.
