The past due-’80s/early-’90s trio the Swamp Zombies were frequently set alongside the likes of Hyperlink Wray and Guy or Astro-Man? because of the affinity for penning music that merged ’60s acoustic guitar pop with lounge and option rock. Made up of users T Ray Vogelzang (acoustic guitar), Smilin’ Dave Warren (drums), and Steeve Jacobs (bass, body organ), the Swamp Zombies released a complete of five discs throughout their profession: Poultry Vulture Crow, Fink, Damage & Sniff MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT, Spunk, and Frenzy of Music & Actions.
