The former lead singer for Australia-based cover bands Photoplay and the type in the first ’80s, and Baby Animals in the 1990s, Suze DeMarchi has yet to complement her previous success being a soloist. Although she and Baby Pets received an ARIA Award (Australia’s exact carbon copy of the Grammy Honours) as Most effective New Musician in 1991, and have scored ARIA Honours for Most effective Debut Album, Most effective Single, and Most effective Album the next year, her single career continues to be proclaimed by lawsuits and very long periods of inactivity.
