Suzanne Rhatigan

Irish singer/songwriter, pianist, guitarist, and vocalist Suzanne Rhatigan grew up in Dublin, but moved to London in the first ’80s, where she started to do session vocal work with record producers Share, Aitken & Waterman. After teaching herself piano and starting to compose her personal songs, Rhatigan captivated a manager along with a publisher, and continuing to attempt to pin down an archive deal with the past due ’80s; whenever a friend performed her tape for professionals at Imago, her profession premiered. Rhatigan select Fred Maher to create To Hell with Like, her bluesy 1992 debut that included visitor appearances from famous brands keyboardist Bernie Worrell and vocalist/songwriter Matthew Lovely (who performed bass). Nevertheless, Imago folded soon after the album’s launch, and her profession stalled. Four years later on, Rhatigan resurfaced using the LP Past due Creator. In 1998 she released the EP Big Stay on her personal Cushy Productions imprint.
