Surrounded

The spacey alternative rock-band Surrounded comes from Vaxjo, Sweden. Shaped in 2000 by Marten Rydell (vocals, electric guitar) and Marcus Knutsson (electric guitar), both added Emil Petersson (keyboards, sampling), Fredrik Solfors (drums), and Jesper Petersson (bass) towards the lineup to correctly execute their lush Wall structure of Sound. Inspired by Green Floyd, the Flaming Lip area, and Neil Youthful, the band initial found the public’s interest in the Emo Diaries, Vol. 9 collection. Deep Elm information released their full-length debut, Protection in Amounts, in 2003.
