Suren Bagratuni

Cellist Suren Bagratuni was just an adolescent when he triumphed in the All-U.S.S.R. Cello Competition, the Transcaucasus Competition, as well as the All-Armenian Competition, and required home a metallic medal from your Tchaikovsky Competition in 1986. 2 yrs later he once again required 1st place honors at Italy’s Premio Vittorio Gui International Competition. Bagratuni started to research music in his indigenous Armenia when he was seven years of age. Later on, in Moscow in the Tchaikovsky Condition Conservatory, he analyzed with Natalia Shakhovskaya. Under Laurence Lesser in the U.S., he analyzed at the brand new Britain Conservatory of Music, where he later on became a member of the faculty.
