Under the command of multi-instrumentalist Stuart Bogie, indie party supergroup Superhuman Happiness were founded in Brooklyn in 2008. Their party-friendly noises mixed structure, improvisation, and a groove-heavy feeling of tempo. Songwriter, saxophonist, and vocalist Bogie was became a member of with a spinning lineup of over two dozen within their first couple of years, including vocalist Andrea Diaz, guitarists Luke O’Malley and Ryan Ferreira, keyboardist Jared Samuel, trumpet players Eric Biondo and Eli Asher, bassist Nikhil Yerawadekar, and drummers Mls Arntzen, Ian Chang, and Sam Levin.
