Alternative rockers Sunset Valley shaped in Portland, Oregon in Sept of 1996; originally a trio composed of frontman Herman Jolly, guitarist Jonathan Drews and bassist Eric Furlong, the group afterwards expanded to some five-piece using the enhancements of keyboardist Jeff Saltzman and ex-Heatmiser drummer Tony Lash. Their debut LP THE BRAND NEW Speed implemented in 1998; Boyscout Superhero implemented a year afterwards.
