Sunnyboys

This Australian band successfully combined the brand new wave energy of the first 80s with your guitar sounds from the 60s. They arrived to the Sydney picture in 1980, having a softer audio, a refreshing differ from the weighty rock audio that dominated Sydney at that time. They were well-known in New South Wales, but were not able to complement this somewhere else with just three singles producing the lower gets to from the Australian graphs, perhaps due to their inconsistent live shows. By their third record the band acquired lost its method, and visited the united kingdom to re-assess their profession. There they created a strong record which didn’t do well, and they also disbanded in 1984. Jeremy Oxley re-formed the group in 1987, with Peter Hiencenberg (drums), Nick Freedman (electric guitar) and Phil Smith (bass), and finished one album.
