Sunny Day Sets Fire

Cashing in on the mutual like for sunny psychedelic pop, London-based vocalist Mauro and drummer Onyee began writing tunes for the reason that vein as soon as 2004. They known as their outfit SUNSHINEY DAY Sets Open fire (extracted from an Internet music group name generator) and started liberating some meticulously crafted pop singles. As the duo obtained momentum they added bassist Ed and multi-instrumentalist Maximum, and soon these were boasting a roster of users from Italy, Hong Kong, Sardinia, Britain, and Canada. Producing East London their house base, SUNSHINEY DAY Sets Open fire released their self-titled debut EP in 2007 and spent the rest of the entire year in the studio room, focusing on their 1st full-length, Summer time Palace, released in 2008.
