Sunday’s Ideal was formed by guitarist Pedro Bonito, drummer Ian Moreno, and vocalist/bassist Edward Reyes. The trio documented a 7″ one and compilation monitor with documenting engineer Tom Ackerman, previously the guitarist and vocalist of Skiploader; Ackerman finished up acknowledging an offer to be the group’s drummer, and Moreno turned to rhythm electric guitar. The recently constituted quartet documented a debut EP, Where HAVE YOU BEEN Today, in 1999. Their initial full-length studio discharge Poised to Break implemented a year afterwards. Sunday’s Greatest went for even more of an Americana audio because of their second record, The Californian, released in springtime 2002.
