Summer Twins certainly are a California-based garage area pop group fronted by sisters Chelsea and Justine Dark brown. Following the break-up of their initial music group, power pop combo the Scandells, both Riverside natives produced Summer months Twins in 2008, originally working being a duo with Chelsea on electric guitar and Justine on drums. Motivated by the noises of ’50s and ’60s gal groups, browse music, and garage area rock and roll, they brought a far more contemporary wish pop element with their amalgam of vintage styles. They instantly gained the support of garage-centric indie Burger Information who released Summer months Twins’ 2012 self-titled debut record. A set of EPs known as Ignore Me and GOOD STUFF arrived a calendar year afterwards as the music group also found favour abroad, putting your signature on with Japanese label Irma Information. Growing the group to a quartet by adding bassist Michael Rey and guitarist/keyboardist Andy Moran, they documented their sophomore work, Limbo, with maker Chris Woodhouse (Ty Segall, Thee Oh Views) in Sacramento.
