Sultan + Shepard

A Canadian EDM/progressive home duo, Quebec’s Sultan + Shepard came onto the picture in 2002 and quickly gained a reputation for crafting chart-topping productions and remixes. Constructed around the abilities of manufacturers/performers/DJs Ossama Al Sarraf (Sultan) and Ned Shepard (Shepard), who cite Brian Eno, Daft Punk, Underworld, the Chemical substance Brothers, and DEEPDISH as affects, the duo fulfilled in the past due 1990s while participating in McGill School in Montreal. After immersing themselves in the city’s active electronic music picture, they began launching a flurry of remixes and first tracks, including strike collaborations with Funkagenda (“Former Fantasizing”) and Dirty Vegas (“Crimson Sunlight”).
