Sugar

Sugars was a four-member Korean woman pop group that employed the typical selection of uptempo dancey music and slow ballads aswell as the casual rock music later on. Sugars were an integral part of the “Korean influx” of performers that broke to Asian marketplaces in the 2000s; the music group had modest achievement in their indigenous country, and several strikes in Japan, but eventually faced the destiny of all woman organizations, splitting in a year or two to keep its people to go after (mainly unimpressive) single careers. The music group primarily included Ahyoomee (or Ayumi), Soo Jin, Hye Seung (1st referred to as Sae Byul), and Hwang Jung Eum, and debuted in 2001 using the music “Sweet Like,” but just got itself seen in 2003, when it released the music “Inform Me Why” as well as the recording from the same name. Girls had to fight competition from related Korean feminine pop functions M.We.L.K. and Shinvi, but those two under no circumstances got at night debut recording, despite being advertised by SM Entertainment, a significant talent company, while Sugars released their second Korean full-length, Glow, two months after their 1st LP. Their great live skills, nontypical for a woman band, contributed with their rise, which also brought these to the Japanese marketplace: in 2003, their music “Consider It Tremble It” and “True Identity” were highlighted in the anime series Kaleido Superstar. Ayumi’s Japanese ancestry helped there, however the band didn’t capitalize on the original success, while not for having less attempting: in 2004, they released three Japanese singles and japan record Double Rainbow. All those fared miserably in the graphs, and Jung Eum opted to give up and concentrate on single function (she was changed by Haleen). Their Korean profession fared no better: despite getting agreed upon to SM Entertainment, they didn’t make a mix with either the 2004 EP Top secret, or two 2005 singles as well as the record Sweet Lip area, which became their last Korean full-length. Following the second Japanese record, Shades, Vol. 4: Wants (2005), didn’t also make it to Best 100, Soo Jin give up, and all of those other band implemented in 2006. Ahyoomee started a single profession, and Soo Jin transferred into acting.
