Punk-pop trio the SubDebs was shaped within the perennial indie hotbed of Olympia, WA by singer/bassist Celebrity Athena following a break-up of her earlier band, the Soaring Tigers; rounding out the line-up with vocalist/guitarist Brooke and drummer Wayne, the group released their debut cassette on K, coming back using the full-length She’s Therefore Control in nov 1999.
