Strata

Strata got their begin in suburban San Jose around 2000. After that called Drawback, the quartet — vocalist Eric Victorino, guitarist Ryan Hernandez, bassist Hrag Chanchanian, and drummer Adrian Robison — began playing out often, and by 2001 acquired self-released an LP. AN ONLINE release followed. Travels with homeboys like Alien Ant Plantation and Dredg elevated Strata’s stock, and even though many labels showed curiosity within their post-grunge grooves (comparable to types like Trapt as well as Hoobastank), the music group eventually agreed upon with mondo-successful startup Wind-Up. Victorino continued to create the electronic-pop duo the Limousines while Hernandez and Robison produced the group Beta Condition.
