This melodic pop rock quartet was formed in Florida, USA, during 1981 by Greg Billings (vocals), Ronnie Garvin (guitar), Tom Cardenas (bass) and John Price (drums). Using the line-up stabilized, they agreed upon to CBS Information the following calendar year. Made by Tom Werman (of Ted Nugent and Mötley Crüe popularity), their debut record was an extremely impressive assortment of anthemic rockers, punctuated by some fiery electric guitar function from Garvin. Despite its apparently obvious industrial potential the record didn’t make a direct effect, and small was heard about the music group until another album, a complete nine years afterwards.
