Strange Folk

An eccentric, knockabout group located in the Lakeland area, Britain, Unusual Folk included Mike Willoughby and Mike Gavin who played an assortment of skiffle environmental protest materials. They uncovered the folk picture for just two summers, performed the celebrations, drove about within an outdated van, produced music on anything obtainable, recorded an recording for Fellside Information, and then split. In the middle-90s Willoughby created the Cumbrian-based ceilidh music group Striding Advantage. He also advertised himself like a solo vocalist songwriter.
