Stokley Williams

Vocalist, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and manufacturer Stokley Williams is well known foremost being a founding member as well as the business lead tone of voice of long-running modern R&B music group Mint Condition. Williams’ music group produced as high schoolers through the middle-’80s and splashed down in 1991 with “Breakin’ My Center (Pretty Brown Eye),” an individual that went TOP R&B/hip-hop and pop. As the music group put into its discography every few to couple of years, Williams regularly contributed to a large number of documenting sessions, many of that have been helmed by fellow Minnesotans Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. During the period of a couple years, Williams has made an appearance on albums by famous brands Noises of Blackness, Karyn White colored, Toni Braxton, Prince, Kelly Cost, Boney Wayne, and Maysa. “Not really My Daddy,” his duet with Cost, was nominated for any Grammy in the group of Best R&B Overall performance. In 2017, 26 years after he produced his industrial debut with Mint Condition, Williams released his 1st solo album, Presenting Stokley.
