Steve Weisberg gained a small amount of attention within the mid-’80s because of his erratic, if somewhat humorous, saving, I CANNOT Stand Another Night time Alone during intercourse along with you for Carla Bley’s Xtra Watt label. Weisberg started piano lessons when he was seven, learning traditional music until he found out jazz when he was 15. After senior high school, he went to Berklee, took personal lessons in structure from Mike Gibbs, who launched him to Carla Bley. Furthermore to his 1985 record, Weisberg added items to Hal Willner’s Kurt Weill and Disney tasks, joined up with Karen Mantler’s music group, and participated in her documenting, My Kitty Arnold. He managed a reasonably low profile within the ’90s.
