Steve Tannen

Steve Tannen was created in NEW YORK and was raised in Australia, Canada, and NY. Through influences in the home — including getting the son of the jazz pianist as well as the grandson of the magician — he began executing early and discovered music in the home. He examined composing at Stanford School, then created film scripts for movie director Norman Jewison in Hollywood, CA. After departing LA, he worked unusual careers and musical gigs around america, developing an acoustic mixture of folk and rock and roll designs. In 2001, Tannen was a normal performer in NEW YORK locations. Tannen released his debut Compact disc, Big Senorita, in 2000. Big Senorita highlighted players from Suzanne Vega’s music group and October Task. The music group also included Chris Benelli and Craig Benelli, with help from Joe Brack, Sam Shaber, Keith Natural cotton, Jon Ossman, and Steve’s sibling Greg Tannen. After that Steve Tannen is a winner within the Mid-Atlantic Melody Competition, the ABET Music Competition, as well as the John Lennon Songwriting Competition, along with a finalist on the Sierra Songwriters’ Celebration. While carrying on to tour the brand new York region in advertising of his Compact disc and focus on new materials for future tasks, Tannen fulfilled Deb Talan, with whom he produced the folk-pop group the Weepies.
