A Finland-based root base music collective using a penchant for turning rock classics into front porch jamborees, Steve ‘n’ Seagulls formed in 2012 and began honing their personal hillbilly metal audio at theme events, cruises, night clubs, and restaurants. By 2014, the quintet (banjo, spoons, upright, bass, accordion, and electric guitar) got inked a cope with Spinefarm Information on the effectiveness of their ever more popular YouTube movies, which noticed the band setting up meticulously rendered bluegrass variations of tracks like “The Trooper” (Iron Maiden), “Holy Diver” (Dio), and “Thunderstruck” (AC/DC). The next year saw the discharge from the group’s debut studio room album, Plantation Machine, which highlighted addresses that ranged from Metallica’s “Nothing at all Else Issues” to Weapons N’ Roses’ “Heaven City.”
