Steve Moore

Best known as you fifty percent of horror-prog duo Zombi, New York-based Steve Moore is a prolific multi-instrumentalist whose function offers ranged from sound rock and roll to minimal techno to film ratings. Delivered in Pittsburgh, Pa in 1975, he was an associate of experimental hardcore group Microwaves through the early 2000s. Along with drummer A.E. Paterra, Moore produced Zombi, a duo greatly affected by classic prog rock aswell as traditional horror film soundtracks by famous brands Goblin and John Carpenter. In 2007, Relapse released Moore’s first single work, a dark, sprawling digital album entitled The Henge. As Gianni Rossi, he constructed the soundtrack to Superstar Vehicle, that was released by Permanent Holiday in early 2011. Also that season, he debuted his synth pop duo Magic (with United kingdom musician Daniel O’Sullivan) with many singles on Home Anxiety Information. Under his very own name, he released the “Zero-Point Field” one on Ron Morelli’s L.We.E.S. imprint, that was accompanied by “Panther Moderns” in 2012. The entire year also brought Lovelock’s debut full-length, Burning up Sense, on Internasjonal. Brief Residence released Brainstorm, a divide LP between Moore and Paterra under his Majeure alias. Also that season, Cuneiform released Moore’s single record Light Echoes. In 2013, Moore’s soundtrack towards the 2005 documentary Horror Business was released on vinyl fabric by Loss of life Waltz, the cassette Positronic Neural Pathways premiered by VCO Information, and the one “Zen Spiders” made an appearance on Future Moments. Close to the end of the entire year, Globe Mu released Miracle’s debut full-length, Mercury, and Moore’s single record Pangaea Ultima surfaced on Range Spools. In 2015, two extra soundtrack albums by Moore had been released: The Visitor (Loss of life Waltz) and Cub (Relapse). He also released 7″ singles on Ghost Container (Various other Voices 04) and Loss of life Waltz (Amazing Power Vs Immovable Object). Moore’s soundtrack for the thriller The Mind’s Eyesight made an appearance on Relapse in past due 2016.
