Biography

An excellent New Orleans guitarist whose advanced improvisations screen the impact of his native city’s early jazz and R&B moments (a minimum of rhythmically), Steve Masakowski attended Berklee in 1974. He created the key-tar in 1978, an early on electric guitar synthesizer. In 1982, he documented for his very own personal Prescriptions label and he provides since produced albums being a head for Blue Take note and appeared being a sideman on schedules led by Rick Margitza, Mose Allison, Crimson Tyler, Tony Dagradi, and Johnny Adams, amongst others. He in addition has toured with Dianne Reeves.
