Steve Day & The Drifters

b. 17 August 1942, Wallasey, Lancashire, Britain. After Wump And His Werbles, business lead singer Steve Time (b. Rodney Pont) produced the rock and roll ‘n’ roll music group, Steve Day AS WELL AS THE Drifters, to try out in Liverpool night clubs. In 1963, as the Merseybeat increase was breaking, he perversely had taken a job within a nation membership in Devon. Time then proved helpful in London using the Dark Jays and came back to Liverpool to front side Steve Day AS WELL AS THE Kinsmen, where time it had been too past due. He renamed himself Fishing rod McKenzie, became a comedian and gained the television skill show, Chance Knocks, in 1979. He’s currently functioning as radio disk jockey in Portugal.
