b. Stephen John Berry, 24 August 1957, Gosport, Hampshire, Britain. Eagerly musical from an early on age, Berry initial played violin, after that electric guitar, accompanied by bass electric guitar before selecting the dual bass. Chris Laurence became his initial teacher and was accompanied by Daryl Runswick and Dave Holland. Within the 80s, Berry was a creator person in Loose Pipes, touring internationally and documenting with the music group. By the end of the 10 years he resolved in Lancashire, within the north-west of Britain, where he led rings and performed as sideman. In 1992 he became a long-term associate of Mike Westbrook and Kate Westbrook. Through the 90s, Berry created a parallel profession in musical education, teaching bass and improvisation classes on the Royal North University of Music and Chetham’s College of Music. He also became Movie director of Burnley Jazz Summer months School, Musical Movie director from the Jam Manufacturer, a 32-piece community innovative jazz orchestra in Blackburn, Lancashire, and Animateur in Structure for Worcestershire Education Specialist. He conducts workshops through the entire UK. Berry offers played with many former Loose Pipes affiliates including Django Bates and Iain Ballamy, as the people of a normal quartet he offers led, Foolish Hearts, are pianist Nikki Iles, vibraphonist Anthony Kerr and drummer Paul Clarvis. Among a great many other music artists with whom he spent some time working are Ian Carr, Tal Farlow, Artwork Farmer, Scott Hamilton, Billy Jenkins, Ute Lemper, Dick Morrissey, John Surman, Lew Tabackin, and Jessica Williams. He in addition has documented with Les Chisnall (piano) and Dave Walsh (drums) as Lot of money Heights. Berry in addition has worked well in pit rings of musical displays, including touring variations of West Part Tale and Blues In THE NIGHT TIME. He has generated his personal label, Space For Music Information.
