Stepmothers

A punk-metal hybrid work that formed in California in 1977 and lasted until 1983, during the period of their brief life-span the Stepmothers contained approximately 13 roughly people; released singles, EPs, and albums on three different brands (Bomp, Slash, and Posh Boy); and got only 1 member to last the complete trip, Steve Jones (aka John Henry Jones, later on from the Unforgiven) on acoustic guitar and vocals. Besides their rather nomadic background, these were also presented on one from the Rodney within the ROQ punk compilations, and produced a name for themselves in the Los Angeles/Hollywood punk picture.
