Pianist Stephanie Rearick began using the piano in age six, hearing composers such asDebussy and Bartók even though also leaning toward rock and roll music. She produced several trance rock and roll bands through the entire ’90s while also cultivating her single function, leading her to ultimately come up with a solo record released in 2000, The Long Picnic.
