Statesmen of Jazz

This remarkable group, come up with in 1994 from the American Federation of Jazz Societies, featured veteran jazz players, most of whom were at least 65 but still within their musical prime. Perhaps most obviously among the employees had been 87-year-old violinist Claude Williams and Benny Waters who, at age group 93, demonstrated to be a robust altoist.
