Uk dance-pop outfit, Condition of Elegance was shaped in the first ’90s by classically trained vocalist Sarah Simmonds and guitarist Paul Arnall. The group debuted in Britain having a string of danceable singles which were largely similar to the Cocteau Twins’ dreamy, melodic pop. The to begin these singles, “Camden,” made an appearance in 1992, and was accompanied by “Like Pain and Enthusiasm” and “Miss You,” which had been later on included on a compilation of singles and rarities entitled Pacific Movement.
