Biography

Vocalist Starleana Teen joined Slave with Steve Arrington in 1978. She still left a year afterwards with creator Steve Washington and Tom Lockett to create Aurra. Their biggest strike was “DECIDE,” which reached amount six over the R&B graphs in 1981 for Salsoul. Teen and Jones produced Deja in 1987. They have scored lots two R&B one, “Me and you Tonight,” for Virgin in 1987, as well as the follow-up one, “THAT IS WHERE YOU WILL DISCOVER Me,” reached #17.
